Lately in Te Ngahere we have been learning about ecosystems, it was based on Te Ngahere. Our kaiako put together a document asking what we know, what we discovered and what our new understanding is. I really enjoyed learning about ecosystems. I have never learnt about it before, It took me awhile to put my new understandings down. After a day I went for help then I understood it better. I learnt that if we didn’t have trees we wouldn’t have grass eating animals and if we did have grass eating animals we wouldn’t have meat eating animals, and humans would die. What I could do better next time is do my reading faster. Have you ever learnt about the ecosystems?
