Amzing Mosaic Art

Lately in Te Ngahere we have been doing mosaic art on our chromebooks. I really thought mosaic art would be easy but it was a bit hard for me. First we had to pick a picture so my first one was Rihanna it was hard to try make it look nice but also find shapes and colors that matches the picture. Even though it was difficult for me all I had to do is try even if I am still struggling with it. A few  minutes after struggling  Whaea Shanna helped me and I go the hang of it and this is how to turned out. Do you know how to do mosaic art?

Amazing Fun Maths

Kia ora koutou, This week in Te Ngahere we have been learning how to divide numbers using multiplication. It was really easy for me because I have done divided by before and I also understand it more then before. The hard part was trying to help other people because I understand it but they didn’t so I made a goal to try help people that need help and try make them understand it more better. Amazing Interesting Angles

Lately in Te Ngahere we have been focusing on Angles for maths. We were learning how to use a protractor to measure angles like acute angle and a reflex angle. I didn’t understand it when we first started learning about angles but now that we have been working on angles more I understand it better. The hard part for me was where you place the protractor but then Gina came to sit by us and talked it out with us. The easy part for me was knowing what angle they are and how many degrees are in the angle. When I first learnt about angles I was overthinking  it then I learnt to take my time.
