Cross Country

Throughout these weeks my class and I have been training every afternoon for cross country. 

We had to run around the field and count 2 times.
Before we started the teachers wanted the fast runners in the front and the rest at the back of them.
We ran down to the small sand pit and then ran around the pump track 2 times and then we had to run to the count and back. 

Throughout these weeks I have been trying to get less time that I got yesterday.
Throughout these running sesion I have been proud of my time my first time was 7.04 then I got 6.16.  

My goal for this week for 3 laps are get a less a time then 11.00.I wish I can  achieve this by friday.
