Fantastic Maori language week !!!!

Kia ora bloggers, This week it's Maori language week. In Te Ngahere for Maori language  week we are leaning the weather in Te Reo. How we first started off learning the weather in Te Reo we started learning how to say the Kupu before we got to match the cards and play memory or Ika Ika that means fishy fishy. Participating in my group it’s Jade R, Angela and me, When we were playing memory and matching the cards we only got mixed up on two of the kupu and that was Pata Ua ( sun showers ) and the other one was Ua Whatu ( snow ). The easiest kupu for me would have to be Huripari and that means tornado and how I can remember the kupu it’s because Huri means turn. How has your Maori language week been for you ?
